Memoirs of a tourist in Egypt:
My first day :
Tom from Spain tells that he was eager to see Egypt since he was young, and how he listened to all the stories.
Expressing Egypt, its heritage and the culture of its people.
When his friend Jack offered to take him on a tour of Cairo, Tom did not hesitate and quickly agreed.
His plane to Cairo airport was welcomed and a private driver took him to his private hotel and a tour guide accompanying him
Where his tours, Tom told him of his desire to visit the best places in Egypt and tell him a strong tourist program that he is happy with.
His personal guide told him that he was preparing a twelve-day program touring Cairo from the pyramids area in Giza.
Where Saqqara and Memphis passing through the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis, in addition to the temple of Abu Simbel in Aswan
Edfu and Luxor.
As he told him about his visit to the temple of Karnak and the Valley of the Kings, passing through Hurghada and then Cairo until the day of departure, Tom decided to write his memoirs.

▪️زيارة بحيرات الملح قبل عملية الدفن ودية تساعد على التخلص من الطاقة السلبية وإزالة التوتر والإجهاد بعد كده هانروح عين كليوباترا .
▪️قبل عملية الدفن بنطمن علي مستوي السكر في الدم ونقيس الضغط
▪️هنبدأ أول جلسة من جلسات العلاج والدفن في الرمل ودة بيكون في حفرة معرضة لأشعة الشمس من الصبح لوقت بداية عملية الدفن وبعد كدة هاندخل الخيمة بتاعتنا بعد ما نطلع من الحفرة علي طول نقعد فيها علي حسب كل واحد ومقدرتة حوالي ساعة طبعاً في أماكن مخصصة للرجالة واماكن تانية مخصصة للنساء طبعا .
▪️بعد كدة هانرجع الفندق نتعشي وننام ونستعد لتاني يوم وتاني جلسة .

▪️هانصحي الصبح نفطر في الفندق ونتحرك علي مكان الدفن بعد الظهر علشان نكرر نفس التجربة في الحفرة المخصصة لكل واحد بعدها هانقعد في الخيمة نكمل العلاج ونرجع للفندق نتعشى وننام .
اليوم الثالث 🌴
▪️مش هايختلف كتير عن اليوم اللي قبلة ودة بيكون أخر يوم في عملية الاستشفاء في رمال سيوه وبعد ما نخلص هاتكون في جلسة مساج بخليط الليمون وزيت الزيتون الخام ودي بتساعد على زيادة امتصاص الجسم لجميع العناصر ويغلق المسام علشان يمنع تسريب الهواء بالليل ناخد جوله حره لشراء الزيتون الهدايا والتمور و المربي السيوي و نودع سيوه .

ABU SIMBEL TEMPLES
The site of Abu Simbel is one of the most recognizable ancient sites in Egypt. For 3,000 years, it sat on the west bank of the Nile River, between the first and second cataracts of the Nile.
