💪Thank you to all our challengers who by coming to the tour collaborate with the preservation of this wonderful environment in Mallorca .
🌲♻️For us it is very gratifying to show our privileged environment in the challenge and explain how to preserve it. But it is more important to keep it clean and take care of it every day, for this reason, on the days that we cannot go on the excursion due to bad weather, we clean our beaches and forests.
💛One of our goals in the challenge is to preserve the amazing nature reserve where we are and where we carry out our adventure every day!

TOUR GUIDE 2023

Job description: We are looking for fun and professional people to help lead our adventure tour which is offered from May to October.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Fluent or very good French or/and German language (English and /or basic Spanish necessary as well)
Good interpersonal skills
Good swimmer
Driver´s license (minimum 2 years)
Self-sufficient & team player
Comfortable working outdoors
Responsibilities / Tasks:
Provide an enjoyable and professional tour, engaging participants with enthusiasm.
Ensure the safety of the group during the activity.
Maintain the workplace, as well as the place where the tour is developed clean
Assist with duties of setting up the tour.
Ensure the proper use of the equipment.
First aid if necessary.
Transfer customers if required at the place agreed according to itinerary and schedule.
*The responsibilities and duties are not limited to those mentioned above.

Office Manager

Job Description: Professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling administrative support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office and a tour.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

Point person for reservations, office management,
Coordinate operations logistics preparing guides agenda for daily pick ups
Ensure timely billing
Report of sales (monthly and by trimester)
Serve as a link with tour operators about booking and availability
Process direct reservation and management of customer inquiries.
Secure the stock of supplies
Social Media Management
Follow up payments
Track of employees worked hours and days off
Keep office space organized

Qualifications required
Fluent English and Spanish (and ideally German also)
Good interpersonal skills
Driver´s licence
Self-sufficient & team player
Computer skills and knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, and ideally Photoshop)
