This absolute stunning detached bungalow consisting of 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms, open plan Kitchen/lounge is located in the popular resort of La Finca, Algorfa. It has the most amazing spacious roof solarium that has the sun all day with a pergola for shade, two other terraces on the ground level and your own private pool.

Available now to rent and currently all dates are available as its a new listing so what are you waiting for!! Book those flights ✈️ to the sunny 🌞 Costa Blanca 🏖️and come visit this lovely area where there are bars, restaurants at the nearby commercial centre and as seen on TV the Algorfa hotel that provides great live entertainment most nights. Also for those golfers out there you have the prestigious La Finca golf ⛳️ course right on your doorstep along with the La Finca Hotel & Spa and its restaurants. All are within walking distance of approx 15-20mins.

🏖️Beaches are approx 15min by car, with promenades of local bars and restaurants to choose from.

🍺🥂🥗Nearest towns are Algorfa village which is very Spanish, with cafes, restaurants and even a nightclub🕺🏻💃 its a lovely walk of approx 15mins

Benijofer and Quasada are slightly larger towns and can be reached 5-10mins by car. They boast many lovely restaurants, bars and shops.

Larger towns of Torrevieja and Guadamar are 10-15mins by car.
