The Punta Prima complex, where the apartment is located, is located on the first coastline, 50 m from the sea. The estate is guarded with monitoring and security. The spaces between the buildings are filled with mature, Mediterranean vegetation, and the peaceful surroundings encourage walks. There are two swimming pools available in the complex.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the 2nd floor (the building has an elevator). Designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and kitchen appliances: a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, and a hob. We provide towels and a hair dryer in the bathroom, and bed linen in the bedrooms. The apartment has high-speed Internet.
