It is situated on Bulevar del Pla, a place with a lot of space for walking and playing areas for children. The area is safe and everything is very accessible. The beaches, old town, the centre of the town can be reached in 20-30 min walking or very quickly by tram; the tram stop is in 2 minutes of walking! It is close to main shops Masymas (2 min), Lidl 4 min walking, and shopping centre Gran Via,
Plaza del Mar2, Carrefour, Alcampo etc. Along the Bulevard del Pla there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Alicante Hospital is just 10 min walking and Alicante University 15 min by tram. This apartment is at the first floor and it is not necessary to use lift, although the block provides one. Refurbishment was done just recently. There is new furniture and equipment in the apartment. There are:
- 3 double bedrooms, with double beds, night tables and built in wardrobes;
- 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets;
- living room with an extendable dining table, 3 seats sofa bed and a new smart TV with Spanish TV channels, some of them in English;
- kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster)
- large entrance hall with a welcome bar area (a bottle of wine from the house!)
- utility room (as small balcony) with the washing machine, electric boiler and iron board.
- Air conditioner is fitted in each bedroom and living room. Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: bunk bed (double lower bed, single upper bed)
Bedroom 2: one double bed
Bedroom 3: one king size bed
Living room: sofa (extended as double bed)
Extra armchair bed can be fitted in master bedroom or living room as a single bed if needed. Amenities:

Please do not make a noise in the apartment and the stairwell! Please do not throw waste into the kitchen sink. Please use rubbish bin please. There are rubbish skips on the road. We will:
• Clean the flat before arrival of each set of guests. Beds are made for each visit and clean towels provided;
• Our administrator will hand in keys and travel card and will show you around apartment and answer to your questions about it and the area;
• Agree in advance the time of arrival and departure. Getting around
From ALICANTE AIRPORT - You can take a taxi or the bus C-6. The bus leaves every 30 min and costs 3.85 euros/person. It takes about 35 minutes to arrive to Vázquez de Mella - Estación MARQ, then take tram line 2 to Bulevar del Pla (2 stops). Or our administrator or a colleague can meet you at the airport and take you to the apartment. This is an extra charge service and needs to be requested in advance. Apartment to Marq Castillo (Castle): Tram line 2 – 2 stops – 5 min
Apartment to Playa del Postiquet: walking 30 min, by tram and walking 15min
Apartment to Luceros (central) : walking 35 min, by tram 4 stops in 10 min
Apartment to Playa de San Juan:
- Bulevar del Pla line 2 to Marq then change with line 3 (to Costa Blanca) or line 4 (to Londres) – around 40 min.
