Avocado Mango Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Dice the avocados and mangoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Finely chop the red onion and dice the red bell pepper. Add these to the bowl with the avocado and mango.
2. Add Fresh Herbs:
- Chop the fresh cilantro and add it to the mixing bowl.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, olive oil, honey (if using), ground cumin, and chili flakes.
4. Combine and Season:
- Pour the dressing over the avocado, mango, onion, and bell pepper mixture.

- Season the salad with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
