Our wonderful home will be available to rent from Sept 2013 for one year. It will be let fully furnished. We are looking for cat lovers who will look after our cats as part of the family. For this favour we have dropped the price that a well known agency suggested of 1500€/month, to 1100€/month. Their food costs and vet bills will be taken care of. A further reduction can be negotiated if all th
e rental is paid up front. We also have friends in the village who are on hand to feed the cats if you wish to go away at any time. Included in the rental cost is the IBI (house and land taxes) and garden/pool care taker. The added costs that you will incur are: electricity, water, rubbish collection and communications networks. Both the casita and main houses have wood burning stoves for heating.This is generaly more than enough throughout the winter.There are a few electric heating devices should you need a further boost.The wáter is heated by an electric heater in the main house and by a small gas heater in the casita. The garden and pool (its a salt wáter system, so makes its own chlorine) will be looked after by a care taker.
