Villa has its own private pool, it has a shallow end (1 meter) with a good set of steps down into the water, ideal for sitting sipping your G & T! The deep end is around 1.5 meters. The pool & all garden areas surrounding the villa are totally secluded - no-one can see you!

The villa has 2 bedrooms, one huge double bedroom with en-suite walk in shower & 2 sinks; the other is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom with "over the bath" shower (sorry, only 1 sink!).

The lounge is divided into a sitting & dining area. The large wide screen TV has satellite BBC 1, 2 & ITV, Ch4, Ch5 & Sky Sports & Sky Movies with free fiberoptic WiFi Internet. There are numerous films + TV programmes on the catch up tv service, books are available - read & swap. ! There is also a portable bluetooth sound box so that you can have music by the poolside. The pool is heated free of charge in the winter months but an optional extra in the summer.

On your arrival you will find a welcome pack which is included in your price; this consists of the basic needs e.g. water, milk, sugar, tea & coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences, oven, hob, fridge/freezer & microwave etc. It has a small utility room with a washing machine (plenty outside drying space - no need for a tumbler!). Full bed linen & villa towels are provided including pool towels at no extra cost. If you are staying for longer than a week, a linen change is also included in your cost.

Children welcome. The villa is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac with plenty parking spaces right outside the villa. It is a very secure place for children as there is no way for them to wander on to the road, the perimeter is totally enclosed. A cot & high chair are available at no extra cost.

It is also an ideal place to relax whilst still being able to keep an eye on those in the pool below.

The kitchen is modern, fresh and fully equipped. Off the kitchen is a dining area with table and chairs. From there patio doors open to the large sun terrace and those lovely views.

Being amongst the nicest villas to rent in Callao Salvaje, it is newly refurbished and in immaculate condition. Callao Salvaje is a ten minute drive to the north of Playa de las Americas on the west coast of Tenerife. Once a quiet fishing village, the resort has blossomed in recent years and is becoming a very popular low key resort. Dotted around the resort are several bars and quality restaurants and the resort centre has even more – catering for a variety of taste.
The recently built beach (2011) has proved very popular and adds another dimension to a holiday in Callao Salvaje. The resort know has it all!

The villa is a 6 / 7 minute walk to the resort centre with hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors and supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. On the sea front there is the new, lovely sandy beach.

The bright lights and beach activity of Playa de las Americas are just a 10 min drive away as are the stunning sandy beaches at Fañabe.

Callao Salvaje is ideally situated to explore the island, as the motorway network which links the island is close by – whether you want to head north to the Tiede National park, or head to the busy resorts of the south. For golf lovers, the nearest course is at Costa Adeje, at just a 5 minute drive away.
