🌧️ Today in Lanzarote, the rain has surprised us with its presence. It’s not something we see often on the island, but when it comes, it adds a magical touch to the landscape. The streets look different, the air feels fresh, and the land appreciates every drop. 🌿💧

The best part is that, in some spots, the rainbow has appeared to brighten up our day even more! 🌈✨ A reminder that, even on rainy days, there’s always beauty to be found.

And even though the weather has changed, our clients on the buses are having a great time. Rain doesn’t stop the fun! We’re enjoying every moment, and as always, Lanzarote’s landscape never ceases to amaze us. 🌟

While the sun is the king of the island, a little rain now and then reminds us of the magic of nature. And for those of us not so used to it, it’s the perfect moment to enjoy a warm cup of coffee! ☕🌈

How about taking a moment to listen to the sound of the rain or take a stroll under the colorful skies? Everything has its charm!

Today I want to share an incredible experience I had at the Timanfaya National Park! 🌋✨

The excursion through this natural paradise was a unique adventure. The majesty of its volcanic landscapes, the power of nature, and the intense colors of the earth left me speechless. 😍

We visited some of the most iconic spots, like the Timanfaya Geyser, where the heat of the earth is evident with impressive steam demonstrations rising from the wells. It’s amazing to see how the volcano is still alive beneath our feet! 🔥

Every corner of the park has something special, and the feeling of being surrounded by such pure and wild nature is simply magical. If you ever have the opportunity to visit, don’t hesitate—it’s an experience that deeply connects you with the Earth!

I highly recommend the excursion with First Minute Travel, I had such an amazing day with them, especially thanks to our guide Antonio, who gave us a super informative and fun tour. Thanks for today! 🙌😊

The January slope in Lanzarote is climbed with a cold drink in hand and your feet in the sand! 🍹🌞🌴

While everyone else is struggling with the January slope, counting pennies and hunting for supermarket deals, in Lanzarote the only "slope" we have is climbing a volcano to see a breathtaking landscape (and it won’t affect your wallet at all). 😎🏖️

Plans? We've got plenty! If you're into thrills, Timanfaya National Park will take you straight to the center of the Earth... well, almost! 🌋 If you prefer something more relaxing, Playa de Papagayo invites you to lie back in the sun without a care in the world. And to top it off, how about some tapas with mojo and fresh fish at a seaside restaurant? Here, the January slope is just an excuse to disconnect! 🐟🍤

🎄🍪 Lanzarote Christmas Sweets: Sweet Potato Truchas and Canarian Polvorones! 🍪🎄

Christmas in Lanzarote is all about flavor! 🌞 If you love traditional sweets, we have two must-try recipes for your table: Sweet Potato Truchas and Canarian Polvorones.

1. Sweet Potato Truchas 🍠✨
A traditional sweet combining the taste of sweet potato with a hint of cinnamon. Irresistible!
Ingredients:
• 500 g of sweet potato
• 250 g of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
• 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
• 300 g of empanadilla dough
• Oil for frying
• Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
1. Boil the sweet potatoes, mash them into a puree, and mix with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon zest.
2. Fill the empanadilla dough with the puree, seal them well, and fry in hot oil.
3. Dust with powdered sugar, and you're done!

• 250 g of lard

• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
• 50 g of ground almonds

2. Add flour, cinnamon, and almonds to form a dough.
3. Shape the dough into small balls, then flatten them into polvorones.
4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
