Situated in a historic district, this apartment takes inspiration from the sacred architecture of ancient temples. The biggest challenge layed in crafting a cozy dining area surrounded by four doorways, as well as softening the tall yet compact living room to create a space that feels both inviting and harmonious.
The ornamental motifs of the doorways, the use of natural fibers, mirrors, and the sinuous curves, come together to evoke a sense of joy and playfulness while earthy terracotta tones and neutral beige accented with darker contrasts, create a serene and balanced atmosphere.
This design blends classical elements, traditional craftsmanship, and contemporary comfort.
