This week we had a chance for a very special inspection. This restaurant we have used for a few Nordic professional groups a few years ago but it has been lately impossible to book as it is placed #3 on the Worlds 50best restaurants list.

Asador Extebarri is a special place. The chef has only worked in one restaurant - his own. He cooks practically everything on charcoal. The setting in a small village called Axpe nestled between the mountains is like from a storytale. And the result is a true experience to your tastebuds 👍
