Wij zijn op zoek naar partyverkopers die van feesten houden en daarnaast veel geld willen verdienen! Het strand is je kantoor, de discotheek je favouriete hang-out. Standplaats is Lloret de Mar.

Het is jouw taak om Nederlandse toeristen te enthousiasmeren en te overtuigen om naar de populairste feesten (Millennium Party en Lloret Selected) aan de Costa Brava te komen. Je werkt overdag en gaat met je eigen gastenlijst proactief jongeren aanspreken.

Verdiensten zijn op prestatie gebaseerd, waarbij een dagloon van 200 euro geen uitzondering is.

As positions are very scarce and in demand we take great care of the selection of the people that can join our Summer Rockz family. Meaning that we leave no stone unturned to look for the best of the best. If you make the first cut you will be subjected to a live screening in your hometown.

Requirements:
- Between the age of 21-30
- Available for a minimum of 4 weeks between june-september
- Good communication and/or sales skills
- Attractive physical appearance
- Self-confident and an attitude to inspire people
- A very high degree of self-discipline

THE JOB

As a Summer Rockz party promoter you are responsible for handpicking and selling people for our parties. A job that is not about handing out flyers, but about leading succes-oriented sales pitches with tourists either at the beach or at the party scene. We work with a pre-sale system only. Equipped with promotional materials and your very own VIP list you will give guests the opportunity to secure a spot in exchange for a deposit. This deposit will go straight into your pocket.

Working hours

Our long time experience taught us to arrange working hours effectively so you will have enough time to make memories that will make your time unforgettable. Working hours will be 6-8 hours a day at the beach and/or party boulevard between 1 PM and 1 AM, 5-6 days a week.

Earnings

The top commission is performance-related and payment takes place directly when a sale is closed. Earnings are variable depending on the event, season and your succesrate, but based on our experience:

- Talented experienced promoters earn >200€ a day
- Talented rookies earn >100€ a day

Furthermore, you will also receive free entrance and discount deals in various clubs and restaurants.

Training

We will teach you all tricks of the party selling trade, which means we will guide you every single step of this epic journey. From a theoretical and practical workshop in your hometown upon arrival to spending one day with one of our well-experienced party promoters on location.

Accommodation

We rent fully-equiped apartments inhabited exclusively by our employees. Rent is 12 euro per night.
