I have always wanted to visit an authentic paella restaurant in Valencia where the cook over wood. in Chiva us an authentic as they come..the kitchen is a garage style set up with troughs of burning embers manned by a crew of paella 🥘 masters. You can drive right up for takeaway (pan and all) or eat in the smart dining room next door overlooking a forest. Grateful to for inviting me.
