To all current guests,

As some of you are probably very aware, there have been electrical faults in the local Arroyo network, starting from around 9pm last night. This has effected various parts of Arroyo and Benalmadena Costa, including some blocks of Pueblo Evita.

We apologise for the inconvenience and disruption. As soon as we became aware of the issue we immediately called the local network supplier and we’re informed that an emergency technician was dispatched to attend the fault.

We have spoken to customer service team for the network this morning and they are expecting the fault to be fixed by 8am. We are hopeful that this will be resolved by this time, however we were informed last night that it would be resolved by 11pm. This was unfortunately not the case.

Once again, we apologise for the disruption ad we will continue to do all within our power to resolve the issue. However as this is a wider we appreciate your patience.
