Lovely balcony which can be opened or closed - especially in the chilly winter months - with white rattan furniture. You can enjoy your breakfast whilst watching the marine traffic sail by or a nice glass of your favourite tipple or an evening hot chocolate as you plan the days ahead.

Two good sized bedrooms with mirrored fitted wardrobes and plenty of hangers, bedside cabinets, tall boys. Very comfortable mattresses. Large smart tv with its own box in the double bedroom.

Bathroom with large walk in shower and attachment, wc, vanity unit, mirror, hairdryer, complinentary toiletries, bath mat, hand and bath towels. Beach/pool towels on request.

Extendable dining table and chairs.

Fitted kitchen with microwave/grill, washing machine, cooker hood, four ring ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, saucepans and frying pans, plenty of utensils, dining set, kings pattern cutlery, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee machine, sandwich boxes, an array of glasses, baking trays, tea towels, hospitality tray.
