It's Autumn and the climate is perfect for taking the family on hikes and bike rides around this fantastic region. One lovely and easy route is the via verde (green route) which was once used by the petit train. Now a very well maintained 6km route between Palamós and Palafrugell.

Ok my lovely clients and followers. We have the last clients of the season in CCD at the moment. They leave on the 31st October and the next available holiday is on the 4th November (we need a deep clean and end of season party, definitely need the party). The pool is still heated to 28ºC and whirlpool bath is full and heated to 37ºC. This is your last chance to book a week or two in the sunshine before we close down for the winter and go over to winter long term rates with unheated pool. Today we had 28ºC and blue skies and the forecast is good for the next two weeks. If you want a break before Christmas in the sun, get in touch... Kind regards, Nigel.

A wonderful day walking with friends to the restaurant at the end of the universe. Els Metges in the middle of the Gavarres Massif. About a 30km round trip from the Om and well worth the undeniable pain that i will experience tomorrow. 🤪
