El edificio cuenta con una piscina comunitaria y parking gratuito. Esta ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Calpe, con las mejores vistas hacia el peñon, puerto y tranquilidad absoluta.
Este Apartamento se alquila por días en verano, y en invierno hay posibilidad de alquiler mensual desde Octubre hasta Abril.

The living / dining room has a sofa bed for two with views of the Peñón de Ifach, it also has satellite TV with multiple channels from different countries and wi-fi connection. We also have a community pool and parking. It’s located in one of the best zones in Calpe, with the best views to the Peñon and Port, It’s also very quiet.
This Apartment is rented per day in summer, and in the winter there is the possibility to rent monthly from October till April.
