We love Benissa. You'll find us there on a Saturday morning, stocking up on the beautiful homegrown produce in the local market. After the shopping is done, its off to the square for a traditional Spanish breakfast of tostada con tomate🍅 and a cafe con leche. ☕️
Not all days have to be beach days! Come and explore all that the area has to offer 😘

Jardín de l'Albarda is an amazing place to visit next time you stay with us. A short drive from the villa, this place offers beautiful, Mediterranean style gardens in a peaceful setting.
We love our visits and always come back inspired to work harder on our own garden 😀

A good way to demonstrate why its always cheaper to book direct!...A lovely family booked a 2 week stay via the Airbnb app. Airbnb charge both a guest fee and a host fee ( which I am very happy with as I am using their advertising and booking services). The guest paid Airbnb £423 - about 19% more than if they had booked direct.
That's a lot of ice cream and sangria... and I doubt the fee structure was transparent during the booking process !
Guest fees are similar for booking.com and even higher on VRBO.
It's worth shopping around when you have found the property that you like, and asking if the host/property owner will take a direct booking!

Just a note re the new tourist rental and advertising rules which now apply to all holidays lets in the Valencia region.

We accept bookings for 7 nights or more.

If you would like to book via Airbnb ( which is fine by us but will cost a little more due to their fees) then the booking can only be for a maximum of 10 nights.

🌞 So, please get in touch direct if you'd like a longer duration stay! 🌞

We also offer flexible arrival/departure days for all direct bookings.

Happy Sunday .

Just an update on summer availability as that is the busiest time to visit us..we do still have some school holiday availability but it is increasingly limited.
August is almost fully booked, as is June. We do have some availability in May, July and September but as those are such popular months and include a few european school holiday dates, I expect we will soon be fully booked for those months too.
Minimum booking is 7 nights, maximum booking is 28 days.
Booking direct with me will always be cheaper but I have included our link to Airbnb for those who want to check out more photos and further details.
