Happy Sunday!
Finally the sun is out for most of us but a bit chilly... (Definitely better than relentless rain)

After a successful little marketing campaign a couple of weeks ago, we’ve taken quite a few bookings BUT still have plenty of nights left to book!

These are the dates that we have left this year up until the end of October:-

End of October and we are still hitting temperatures in the mid twenties! We still have availability for the end of this year and 2020. This is a great location for holidays all year round. Beautiful blue flag beaches and fantastic restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed live music on this very beach yesterday afternoon. Quick update for everyone - We are now live on Airbnb and within 12 hours received our first booking for two weeks in August which is awesome!

Thanks to everyone who has enquired about the house and a few that have booked your summer break with us! We have still got quite a few weeks available this year at a considerably discounted rate as it is a new venture for 2019. If you haven’t booked your annual leave yet, do it soon so that your dates can be reserved. Our diary is filling up.. ✈ 👍

Make the most of your holidays and book a stay in the beautiful area of La Zenia, Alicante. The house is available all year round and can sleep up to six people. It is only a ten-minute walk to the beach or a two-minute drive. Whether you want to sit quietly and read a book, go for a dip in the sea or pool, take a walk around the coast paths, shop at Zenia Boulevard complex, or walk to the extremely popular Cabo Roig strip for its eateries and pubs – the choice is yours!

Regarding the pricing. It all depends on the time of year. July & August being the most popular. We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to book your break with us and have broken it down into price per week or per night on a month by month basis.

Minimum stay is 3 nights, but you’ll get a discount for 7 nights or more. The longer you stay the less you pay… 😊.

• July & August - £450 a week or £70 per night (7 nights minimum stay)
• June & September - £400 a week or £60 per night (3 nights minimum stay)
• May & October - £325 a week or £50 per night (3 nights minimum stay)
• April & November - £275 a week or £45 per night (3 nights minimum stay)
• Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar - £200 a week or £40 per night (3 nights minimum stay)

Please note that there is a separate cleaning charge of €75 payable at the beginning of your holiday to our keyholder. A 10% deposit will be taken at time of booking to secure the dates. Remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday. We also require a security bond of £150 which will be refunded 1 week after your return.

Thanks for the interest so far peeps. Please share with your friends so that we can fill the diary with bookings. Prices range from £200 in the winter and rising to £500 in peak season! Costa Blanca has an average temp of 20 degrees all through the winter.... 🏖☀️🍹
