We are very lucky here at La Sayuela to have some great places to walk and experience the wonderful natural environment, just a few minutes down the road is the 'Pantano de Rosarito'.

Somos muy afortunados aquí en La Sayuela de tener algunos grandes lugares para caminar y experimentar el maravilloso entorno natural, a pocos minutos por la carretera es el 'Pantano de Rosarito'.

Después de las lluvias que hemos tenido últimamente, el sol ahora brilla en la vertiente sur de la Sierra de Gredos. Ayer dimos un paseo desde El Castro Celta hasta el puente de Tejea, esta época del año es fabulosa para pasear..........

Aquí en Finca La Sayuela la cosecha de aceitunas ya está completa, tres días de arduo trabajo dieron como resultado la recolección de 953 kg de aceitunas que produjeron unos fabulosos 99 litros de aceite de oliva puro, natural y orgánico.
Here at Finca La Sayuela the Olive harvest is now complete, three days of hard work resulted in collecting 953Kg of olives which produced a fabulous 99 litres of Pure, Natural, Organic, Olive Oil.
