A gem of a house in desirable Axarquia village for sale

Although only 25 minutes beautiful drive from the coast, and less than one hour east from Malaga, Casa Convento is found in the lovely little town of Canillas de Aceituno located at 650m in the foothills of the Sierra Tejeda National Park. There is a pressure pump for proper power showers, underfloor heating, an efficient log-burner for the winter and air conditioning
throughout. Also, a cargo lift for the shopping/wine! The dining terrace overlooks the whole village, then onward to the hills and the sea; (the Riff mountains of Morocco magically appear out of the horizon during autumn and winter.) There is a built-in BBQ and a gas pyramid heater. The 'pueblo blanco' is much loved by all who visit as it maintains a vibrant community and authentic atmosphere. From Canillas, there are amazing scenic walking routes to explore...starting round the corner from the house. There are all amenities, bars, restaurants and shops necessary for a tranquil
in-house stay, but the beach clubs of Torre del Mar and beyond are only 30 minutes away. Malaga, Marbella, Granada and Cordoba are an easy reach from this launching point....
