The Villa has two bathrooms the family bathroom has a bath and fitted shower whilst the one suit has a large walk in shower.
Air con in lounge and main bedroom
With portable Aircon in other rooms

Situated in the small village of El Fas the villa is a two min drive, ten minute walk to the town of Cantoria where there are numerous bars, shops and restaurants.(including a night club)
Albox is a 15 min drive away where you will find large supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars.
It is approximately 30 mins to the beach/waterpark in Vera/Mojacar.
Luna cable park is about 40mins(water sports centre)
Plenty of walking or cycling routes close to the villa
