Spring is looming and I have just taken delivery of 18 each of these unique and different 2 garden bench designs. Perfect for gardens, terraces, patios and shady glades. They are sturdy and newly made out of Indian Acacia hard wood (they are heavy so will tolerate bad weather beautifully). They are all 1.8m long / 3 seaters, and have a limed finish. The lime finish weathers softly over time. They are all stored in Banbury, Oxon and are priced at £495 each ex delivery - although I am happy to deliver myself within 100 miles of Banbury for and extra £50. I have 18 each of these two newly made garden bench designs arriving in the uk at the beginning of February. Both designs are 1.8m wide, made out of indian teak hard wood so very weather tolerant (we keep ours outside all year); they are both limed in finish. The law currently limits British owners of French homes without a long stay visa to 90 days out of every 180. An amendment that has passed the French Senate could see this waived.

A wonderful last summer hike in the hills before heading back to the UK. We took a magical route through the Alcornocales, walking in a figure of 8 from lovely pueblo blanco Benarraba, via the pristine, remote, artists' village of Genalguacil. Traipsing along riverbeds, past tiny hillside dwellings, through riverine forest with golden, swaying poplars. Huge views over the Sierra, a few steep and relentless climbs, great chat and banter, all under a deep blue sky and warm, end of summer sun. The perfect, inspiring, energising day.

Another wonderful walk in Los Alcornocales yesterday. Walking season is back! Full of adventure when we lost the trail and had to improvise by coming down a fairly vertical slope on our bums. Full of fauna, rustling poplars, trickling streams, arduous climbs and knee testing descents. All around the divine and secluded village of Jubrique....finished off with a refreshing cerveza and tapas in the warm, autumn sun. MAhout Mahout Lifestyle
