Casa Maiz Ponte is a large modern house set in enclosed gardens with a swimming pool and wide open views over the picturesque valley. The first floor terrace offers great views of the surrounding area and the downstairs partially covered barbecue/dining area is well equipped with a wood fired pizza oven, dishwasher, fridge and ice machine. Castro Urdiales is only 4km from the property and boasts o

f two blue flag beaches and numerous bars and restaurants. The house is split into two self contained apartments giving everyone their own space. On the ground floor there is a games room with table tennis, table football, vintage arcade game, bicycles and a large home-cinema screen for movies. The first floor has a open plan living area and kitchen leading onto a large terrace, 3 double bedrooms (one en suite) and 2nd bathroom/shower room. The second floor has a TV room, 1 double bedroom (en suite), 2 twin bedrooms, kitchen and 4th bathroom/shower room. 5th toilet in barbecue area. Montealegre is a small village 4km from Castro Urdiales. The house is situated in a stunning valley overlooking neighbouring farms. There are two local bars in Montealegre 5 min walk from the house. There is also a children's playground, football and basketball court within walking distance. Local activities within 30mins include horseback riding tours, guided canoeing, paddle boarding, quad biking tours and many more. Bilbao is 30mins, Santander 45mins and San Sebastian 1 hour 30mins. This is the perfect location for combining rural relaxation, seaside fun and city sophistication. Getting around
