It's been a challenging week for us at villa central where Storm Dana left her mark. Thankfully our damage is repairable and nobody got hurt. We know we've got off lightly in the circumstances as it has been so much worse for many others.

To say we've been paint spraying everything in sight is a slight exaggeration, but only slightly!
While we have no guests we are using the time to get the essential jobs done before new guests arrive.
Already booking for 2025 and onwards so what are you waiting for?!?!?

Well we've been a bit quiet recently, not because we have stopped what we are doing but because we've been adding to our portfolio.
New pool at our property we bought 2yrs ago & have been refurbishing (3 bed, 2 bath) and last week completed on our newest purchase (5 bed, 2 bath, stunning views) which needs a bit of a spruce up before being available to the rental market.
We do certainly keep busy and all to provide affordable villas with stunning views & pools in Eastern Spain

One of the best things about winter at the villa apart from putting up the🎄are the sunrises, with warm days & a log burner to keep you cozy at night it's a perfect time to visit especially if you don't like the heat of the summer!
