The dorm shares three bathrooms, five showers and each bunk has its own nightlight, outlet, USB charger and locker.

Ahora, dos décadas después, vuelven a estar juntos para un nuevo viaje en busca de olas y cultura aborigen.

Muestra el esfuerzo por hacer que el surf sea legal en Cuba, contando la pasión inquebrantable que los lleva al agua a pesar de todo.

Cuando se surfea en Cuba, hay que estar pendiente de la playa y las olas porque el surf es ilegal.
Para surfistas como Frank y Yaya, esto es lo normal.
La cultura del surf en Cuba se vive a escondidas, sin competiciones oficiales.
A pesar de que otros deportes son valorados, el surf no es reconocido oficialmente.
HAVANA LIBRE sigue a Frank y Yaya desde 2016, mostrando su lucha por legalizar el surf, su deseo de libertad y los desafíos que enfrentan los jóvenes surfistas en Cuba.
