The time away was great, it's always lovely to chill as, but this is always more special. 🐶🐾

Final day of our trip over and we've got loads done this time.

Following on from the new patio, we've spent time painting the internal walls white again and where the external wall needed rendering we have touched it up.

We have added:

New Samsung washing machine
New Mist fan for the downstairs bedroom
New Parasol and base for the terrace
New Cutlery, glasses and mugs
New photo tiles of some of our own photos of the island
New TV boxes for the two twin bedrooms
New washing horse
New additions to the walls, some of which haven't been put up yet
New pillows and cushions
New Solar light for the backdoor
New Solar lamp for the outside table
New artisan mug mats for downstairs

Probably loads more my old memory can't think of. We are always trying to make our house a better experience for the guests and aim to be the best home from home house on the complex.

We've explored more areas this time, so can recommend more things to our guests.

Thanks to all our past and future guests and wonderful to see so many returning bookings year on year.

Where is your favourite place on Fuerteventura?

We went exploring again today and visited 3 places all within 15 miles of the house.

Las Salinas. We went to the Salt Museum (A place in the sun famous) - We fed the chipmunks, had a stroll around the village and looked at some of the huge houses overlooking the sea.

Gran Tarajal. We travelled on to Gran Tarajal, unaware there was a festival on the beach. We've never seen it so busy. Amazing day and the Spaniards sure know how to do things right with family at the heart of it!

Pozo Negro. Once again we stopped for Tapas at Los Caracoles Fuerteventura , had a dip in the marine coloured sea, saw hundreds of butterflies and took a trip around the small fishing village.

All the places we visited today are accessible by bus and are all within 15 miles of Caleta de Fuste.

The great sunbed dash was a nightmare just now!!

The joys of having 6 private top of the range sunbeds around a quiet pool 😂
