The villa has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe; the 2nd bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and a wardrobe; both bedrooms have ceiling fans for the hotter nights when some air circulation makes for a much more comfortable nights rest. It is possible to sleep 5, if required, as the lounge has a bespoke double sofa bed, which may be acceptab
le for additional children, but not necessarily suitable for adults. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath, wash basin vanity unit with a large illuminated mirror over, and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a good range of crockery, cutlery and utensils, together with appliances including a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster ,microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The lounge has a 6 seater dining table, a large relaxing sofa and a 55 inch flat screen tv with USB inputs for games, films etc. Unlimited broadband and wi-fi enable you to keep in touch and up to date with all your emails, social media and such like; we regularly use Netflix with no issues and have carried out a speed test with results of 25 download and 10 upload. It is understood from the provider that the internet speed can be upgraded at an additional cost if necessary. The rear outside space is surrounded by solid walls to maintain your privacy and has an 8 x 3 metre private swimming pool with outside shower, 4 sun beds enable you to relax and take in the sun, a parasol is available if you need a little shade, or chill out in the shade of the pergola on the chairs with a coffee table; if you would like to eat outside there is a 6 seater dining table and chairs for those evenings you just want a relaxing evening watching the sun go down. The utility room has a washing machine, airer; an iron and ironing board are also available. Off road parking for one car plus on road parking is available immediately outside the villa to the front. The villa is also equipped with a small safe for valuables, passports, tickets and such like. The villa is located in the urbanisation of La Capellania, previously called Tamaragua, which is 5 minutes from the town of Corralejo and 10 minutes from some of the best beaches in the world.
