One floor up, there is the roof with a superlative panoramic view. This is the back of the residential, where you can find a very nice salty water swimmingpool.

The very few days of heavy rains in previous months have completely changed Fuerteventura's outfit. All the seeds accumulated in the sand are generating green sprouts that have transformed the landscape and added to the scenery the green color, which until a few months ago was not present.
Extraordinary and unique scenery in this moment...
Playa Paraiso is in the middle of this scenery. From the balcony or from the roof you can have one of the most fabulous views: between the desert and the ocean.

The beach in front of Playa Paraíso. Only 500 mt from the building but walking down is much more easier than come back up on the hill..but the views are amazing. If you like to go to the beach and come back, by walk, you must be little trained.

Fuerteventura offers many activities such as sailing excursions, deep-sea fishing, jetskiing, quad or buggy excursions. You will also be able to rent many models of bicycles in the area , mountanbikes, fat bikes, segway , electric bikes with pedal assist. You'll also be able to dive the crystal-clear seabed at this ocean point. But our apartments are also for secluding yourself and finding inspiration, for a book for example.
The constantly changing colors and light from the large windows of our top floor apartments are for some of our guests, a source of inspiration for creative work.

A wonderful and unique place for those who love nature and unconventional situations. The building stands on a steep hill facing the sea. Basic services such as supermarkets, restaurants, and the pharmacy, are 5 minutes by car but 40/50 minutes walk into the desert.
The nearest bus stop is 3.5 km away .
So you have understood that the 'car is essential to reach and live comfortably in Playa Paraiso, and it will also allow you to move easily to discover the landscapes and enchanting places of Fuerteventura.
Great base point for visiting the center and south of the island.
Great spot also to start your trekking training or your walks with breathtaking views.
As you can see from the photos it is up high and the climbs are steep. and there is a lot of wind from March to the end of August, so if you don't like the wind we recommend you look for another accommodation. We don't want to be inhospitable, we just want people who visit us to be happy to be with us because it is the best accommodation for their tastes and needs.
