You have all the luxuries of home & modern style furniture along with LCD TV, Free WiFi, 28 UK Freeview TV Channels ie BBC, ITV, C4, C5, E4, Dave,CBBC, Cbeebies etc & DVD. There are two bedrooms, one double, one twin & each with fitted cupboards & a window, plus sofa & also a cot. The kitchen includes modern ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave & fridge freezer. modern and stylish tiled shower room with beautiful pebble features and modern fixings. There are also views of Corralejo & its surrounding areas from the terrace & the whole apartment is extremely private.
As the photos show you will have a lovely modern & Bright lounge leading to balcony & modern dining area with leather chairs, comfortable rooms and exquiste tiled shower room (see pictures). There are views of area from the lounge, bedrooms and shower room.
There is also a beautiful 25ft x 14ft Terrace to relax which has great views of gardens & surrounding area and is behind a lockable gate.
The apartment sleeps 4 + there is a Cot for children, 1 double, a twin room.
This apartment is behind lockable gates which means its extremely secure, private and has a seperate balcony and Terrace with views instead of just a small garden to front like some advertised.
The apartment is also next to the pool and you can see the childrens pool from the terrace which was a big plus for us when purchasing the property.
The terrace is very spacious and equipped with Table and Chairs and Sun loungers. From the terrace you get views of the sea, Corralejo,Cactus Gardens and the whole property is secure behind a lockable gate.
There is also a balcony which looks out over the outskirts of Corralejo and the mountains and is shaded in the afternoon so with the terrace you have the option of a sun and shade all day long.
At the entrance to the apartment you have a lockable gate.
