Apartment in Guardamar Del Segura for rent
This 3 bedroom apartment in Guardamar is Only 30 mins transfer from Alicante airport. It’s close to the local supermarket and you can take a stroll through the gorgeous pine forest to reach the town, beach, bars and restaurants
This 8th floor apartment is accessible by lift. There is a dining area with expendable table and a comfy sofa. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, one which has an en-suite and a twin room. There is also a spacious family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the balcony has furniture for alfresco dining. Towels and pool towels are included in the rental. The pool has two parts one for swimming and a smaller shallow part suitable for young children.
Guardamar has a Blue flag beach with golden sands which have lifeguards in summer. For a family holiday it’s the ideal place. On the beach you can hire pedal boats and kayaks. There is also an inflatable play area in the sea in the peak season. Restaurants and bars line the promenade and offer a variety of both Spanish and English cuisine, there are also bars on the beach where you can relax with a mojito or two.
The area around Reina Sofia Park comes alive at night with the local night market, the fair, children's play area and beautiful pond and water falls surrounded with birds. The restaurants near the park are a great place to enjoy a full meal or just a little tapas.
If the night market isn't enough we recommend trying the huge market which takes place on Wednesday morning, you can buy pretty much anything there. If golf is your thing there are several very popular golf courses within 30 min drive.
Guardamar has so much to offer for a holiday and because it's still a traditional Spanish town, you really do get to experience some of the culture. In addition to the gorgeous beaches and parks, the fiestas are amazing and the parades are really worth seeing.

June to end of August - £320.00 per week and the rest of the year £300.00 per week
Air Con is £20.00 per week extra.
