We bought this beautiful house in the sun 15 years ago, initially for our family and friends to holiday, we have decided to rent out now to local people, friends, family friends of friends to help towards the bills and the upkeep and to share a lovely family home for a very reasonable family holiday all year round which is cheaper than a caravan in the U.K. The house is a 3 bedroomed three storey

house in a lovely residential area with many Brits. and other Europeans, it is a well regarded area, and beautifully kept area of the Costa Blanca and for many years very popular with families. The house has an open plan lounge/ dining area, the lounge has a 40" T.V. with English channels, and there is a stereo, with many cds and Dvds for your entertainment, along with games and books to suit all ages. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering including a microwave, steamer, sandwich maker, kettle, washing machine, fridge, iron and ironing board and all utensils and crockery for 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms one with shower cubicle downstairs and one full bathroom upstairs. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with wardrobe, chest and ceiling and table fans, making it suitable for those elderly, or with limited mobility to enjoy with a bathroom next door and walk in shower. The first floor has 2 bedrooms one kingsize with a balcony/terrace the other with twin beds, both have ceiling & freestanding fans, wardrobes, drawers, and full bedding provided. The main bedroom has a T.V. AND DVD....hundreds of films provide to suit all ages in lounge. On the top floor there is a very quiet, private and safe roof terrace to sunbathe in peace or read relax sleep....OR PARTY!!!! The communal pool is at the back of the house, a lovely large pool fully serviced, maintained private gated and only open to residents from the houses on this community, open from early a.m.to late p.m. with a childrens area, but under 16 must be supervised. There is parking outside the house, on a quiet road, and a short walk brings you to the commercial area which has a mini market open 7 days a week for fresh items, and 8 different restaurants where you can enjoy a wide variety of foods to suit all pockets and tastes, eg indian, steak house, med bar al a carte rest. bar/pub food, hot stone etc....

The beachwhich is one of the best in spain and on the COSTA'S, is a blue flag, natural white sandy beach for 6km and is located a 5 mins drive away by car, also beaches local at La Mata and Torrevieja

There is a bus hourly, but taxis are cheap if not driving...or if feeling energetic you could walk in about 40 mins but it is a busy road as you approach the coast. There are many local market and a huge sunday market that you can walk to in 10 mins. see other notes for more info on the area. We, all our family and many friends have enjoyed wonderful holidays at Casa Tori and will be happy to share tips ideas at request. We can help you with flight booking, taxi, car hire, parking et.c and excursions in the are too...just ask. Locally there are water parks, theme parks Benidorm an hour away, thermal baths, 1 hour away, lovely cities coastal and inland, a safari park harbours watersports, boat trips etc...

The area is renowned area for Golf with many courses close by. Other attractions include, go-carts, quad bikes horse riding, bowling crown green bowls, nitelife, bars quizzes, karaoke, shows restaurants... to name but a few. The beach which is one of the best in Spain and on the COSTA'S, is a blue flag, natural white sandy beach for 6km and is located a 5 mins drive away by car, there is also a bus at the top of the road by bars that takes you to the beach, or taxi will take you there very cheaply... also beaches local at La Mata and Torrevieja, Santa Pola, lovely port.
