Don’t do it at home ✖️🙃 Underwater shots are just next level! 🫧 This is a great example, a photoshoot on a brand new yacht that was on fire in Formentera last month and eventually sank.

Here’s the story by Ariadna Hafez]:

“For this photo we gathered a group of professionals and took all the necessary measures to make the dives safe. The depth ranged between 12 and 18 metres. With a very studied itinerary of what each person is in charge of, we took this picture which is very rare to see. A sunken boat in Ibiza!

Almost a month ago an incredible Yacht burned off Cala Saona in Formentera, and was towed to the coast of Ibiza where unfortunately, it ended up sinking.

The exact causes of how the fire was generated are still unknown, but all the people inside were evacuated and no one was injured 🙏🏼 A super yacht of 45m in length, valued at 25 million euros and in its first year of sailing!

Media reports indicate that all anti-pollution procedures and manoeuvres were put in place, managing to minimise the damage.
What is certain is that the wreckage of this ship will be removed very soon! …”

Crystal clear waters of Es Caló in Formentera 💙 Es Caló de Sant Agustín is a traditional fishing village with a unique natural harbour and traditional restaurants 🥘

Its wooden fishermen 🐟huts which function is to protect small boats from the salt water, were declared a site of cultural interest in 2002. When in Formentera pay a visit to this natural harbour and the traditional restaurants in the area.
