You can also marvel at the nightly spectacle of the world famous Ibizan sunset in the comfort and privacy of this marvellous home.

The architecture of Villa Sylvia is simply splendid and effortlessly elegant, with authentic features being perfectly complemented by modern day contemporary style throughout. The open plan design creates a feeling of space and privacy whilst allowing the lounge areas to be spacious and welcoming and bathed in natural sunlight. Can Pajarito is a modern and minimalist style villa situated along the coastal road close to the capital of the island, Ibiza Town with its dazzling nightlife scene, and is located just a short distance from the nature reserve of Ses Salines and Cala Jondal beach, home to the world famous Blue Marlin Beach club.
