This is one of a very few opportunities that we have as most of our tours are private.

Today we are going to introduce you an abandoned festival club that has been one time the original multipurpose discotheque in Ibiza!

A haven for on Earth for urban explorers and instagram adventurers alike, the abandoned Festival Club lies in the hills above San José. The murals and graffiti that completely cover the walls of the structure are like a secret open-air gallery, tucked away in stunning natural surroundings. Found on the road just past San Agustín the ruins are a monument to the very first Ibizan super club.

Originally opened in 1972, the large complex included a restaurant, amphitheatre and several dance floors. Hosting music concerts, mock bullfighting, performance entertainment and more, it invented the idea of a large multipurpose discotheque on Ibiza. In the days when bus tours were at their height, coach-loads of international tourist clientele would descend on the venue for endless nights of wining, dining and dancing.

Sadly by 1974 with mounting debts from a poor previous season, the club was forced to close. It was always planned to re-open but unfortunately never quite managed it, so the forces of nature took hold and turned it into the dystopian style playground it is today. In the present day it is a paint-can paradise which is one of the White Isle’s most unique structures.
The site can be visited combined with one of our tours to the South-West of the island (full day or a half day) or a special tour can be tailored according to you request!

Today we are going to introduce you this modern 4-bedroom Villa D'Angelo conveniently located in the South of the island within a short drive of Ibiza Town!

Villa D´Angelo is located close to the little village of Sant Francesc de s'Estany on Ibiza´s South East coast, known for the nearby salt ponds and picturesque views across to the island of Formentera.

Villa D´Angelo is a fun, sociable property on a large 2,100m2 plot with attractive gardens, pool and a large roof terrace.

Villa D´Angelo´s 62m2 pool has an integrated whirlpool bath and is surrounded by sunny terrace areas dotted with daybeds and loungers perfect for soaking up Ibiza´s glorious sunshine as well as a sociable barbeque area.

Beside the pool you´ll find an al fresco bar with bar stools and comfy chairs and, by night, the whole area can be lit with colourful mood lighting.

A second bar space is to be found in the large summerhouse overlooking the pool, which also boasts an al-fresco dining table, seating eight, and further casual seating. Closer to the house, the terrace features another pair of armchairs and a second al-fresco dining table, seating eight.

Perhaps the ultimate chill-out area is the 160m2 of roof terrace. With views over the pool and gardens and magnificent vistas across the rooftops to the distant forested hillsides, this is another great space for pre- or post-club socialising.

Inside, additional space for entertaining includes a living space with large black leather L-shaped sofa overlooking the garden, and an interior dining space seating eight. This living area is open-plan to the kitchen.

Although this location is very convenient for the airport, please be aware it can be affected by aircraft noise overhead.
