Who are we?

Formentera Explorer is a brand that was created in 2017 by Toni Gar, founder of Beautiful People Ibiza, a brand positioned on the island as a benchmark for boat events for more than 10 years.

The objective of Formentera Explorer is to offer its clients a new way of getting to know the island of Formentera, with excursions full of surprises that depart from Ibiza. The route runs between paradisiacal enclaves such as S’Espalmador and the beach of Ses Illetes, declared one of the best beaches in the world.

Formentera Explorer wants its customers to fully experience all the pleasures offered by the charm of this part of the Mediterranean; from crystalline waters where you can enjoy a swim, to the exquisite local gastronomy that you can taste on board our catamaran with Formentera as a backdrop.

We have a professional team, with extensive experience, who will be responsible for making each trip a unique experience, our hostess will inform clients about the fauna and flora that they can discover in the Pitiusan waters while the trip

Formentera Explorer also offers its customers 4 sunbeds, located at the bow of the ship.

Day Trip

The excursion: Embark from the excursions pier in Marina Botafoch to Formentera. We will cross waters declared World Heritage Site and we will anchor at enclaves such as S'Espalmador and Ses Illetes at the Day Trip and S'Espalmador at the Sunset Trip.

Sailing to Formentera: We can enjoy sailing on an exclusive catamaran with all kinds of services while discovering the wonderful views of the Pitiusan coasts and its turquoise waters.

Premium drinks: All soft drinks, juices, water, beer and sangria are included in the ticket, in addition our barman will only serve you cocktails and combinations of the best brands of drinks: gin, whiskey, vodka, rum, cava and champagne, all of them premium.

Traditional Ibizan Paella: During the Day Trip, all our passengers will enjoy a delicious Ibizan paella in the day excursion. Prepared on board with top quality local products in the idyllic enclave of S'Espalmador and and a variety of sandwiches and snacks in the Formentera Explorer Sunset option.

Water activities: We have snorkel equipment and paddle surfing at your disposal so that you can dive into the turquoise waters of S'Espalmador and Ses Illetes and discover its marine fauna up close, or so you can cross the water on a surfboard.

Qualified Team: Our hostess will welcome you and inform you of the marine flora and fauna that we will find while we navigate the pitiusan waters and discover its wonderful variety of fish and plants

Formentera Explorer Sunset

Formentera Explorer Sunset is presented as a unique excursion in which you can discover all the magic of the island of Formentera from a new angle and enjoy a stunning sunset. Throughout the journey, the team will be fully available to customers so that the experience is idyllic. During 5 hours of crossing, Formentera Explorer passengers will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of activities. First, after leaving at 5:00 p.m. from the Marina Botafoch excursion pier, you can enjoy sailing on an exclusive catamaran and discover the wonderful views of the coast.

All customers will be received with a pack of snacks that includes a variety of sandwiches + snacks (bag potatoes and olives). You will arrive at S’Espalmador, a unique place, which can only be reached by boat. The catamaran will remain anchored 100 m to 200 m from the beach. The arrival will be at 6:30 p.m.

On arrival, our passengers can enjoy our services of soft drinks, juices, beer and sangria included in the ticket cost and cocktail and premium drinks a la carte. In addition to taking a bath, snorkeling and paddle surfing, sunbathing and relaxing are all possible.

At 7:30 p.m. we will go back to Ibiza enjoying an unforgettable navigation with a wonderful sunset, seducing the audience with our saxophonist and the sounds lounge and chill out while listening to jazz, funk, reggae, 80's classics, 90's and current sounds. The arrival at the Marina Botafoch excursion dock will be between 9:30 p.m. (June 1 to 15 and August 16 to 31) and 10:00 p.m. (June 16 to August 15).
