Recientemente Tenerife está recibiendo la llegada de un considerable número de ejemplares de Frailecillo atlántico (Fratercula arctica) en las zonas costeras. Muchos ellos han arribado en las playas y charcos de Buenavista del Norte, Los silos y Garachico, mu***os o en un grave estado de inanición. Por ello, desde el Ayuntamiento de Buenavista del Norte, se ha realizado este cartel para dar a conocer la situación actual de esta curiosa ave pescadora que se encuentra en un declive de sus poblaciones originales, y cómo actuar correctamente en caso de encontrar un ejemplar.
