h a unique relaxing atmosphere, not a neighbour in sight, this is an excellent opportunity to appreciate the countryside and views that accompany it, yet just 7 minutes from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches and the village of Isla Plana. Pretty and rural, but not cut off, in reality not far from anything. We are situated in the heart of the glorious Rambla Del Cañar with breathtaking views at every turn, directly in front of the house are the amazing Peñas Blancas cliffs. The cottage, pool and plentiful sunbathing terraces are all south facing, from sunrise to sunset, the pool and grounds are bathed in glorious sunshine, with ample sunbeds sun shades and comfortable seating for everyone. The pool has Roman steps with a handrail, and gently slopes to 1.5 m with a small slide for fun. A peaceful holiday retreat and a good base for sight seeing, also ideal if you are house hunting. Car hire is essential.
