I started it after realizing that there are many women who would love to travel and experience countries and cultures but hesitate, or put plans on hold, mainly due to not wanting to go on these adventures alone. Hi everyone, Womenaway has just come back from a fantastic tour in Cuba. We will be adding Cuba to our destinations and hope to inspire many of you to come with us on our very first trip out there. Resent flash rains have caused flooding in the Sahara and surrounding areas. This has meant that we have temporarily closed the bookings for our trips to the Luxury Desert Camp. As soon as the situation has calmed and we can ensure your comfort, safety and enjoyment we will reopen the bookings.
Nov 14 - WomenAway went to Morocco and back ... a small exclusive group of ladies met for the 1st time at a beautiful Riad in Marrakesh along with their WomenAway companion Pippa.
What a great trip, full of fun & adventure, exotic and stunning scenery, meeting excellent & interesting people along the way, site seeing & shopping & much much more...
From Marrakesh to the Sahara and back in a week. It is not a trip for the faint at heart as the journeys are long with much off-roading, but the rewards are outstanding & most certainly a trip to remember.
