La Casa est située à Javea (à mi-chemin entre entre Valence et Alicante, en face d'Ibiza) dans le quartier calme et très recherché de Tosalet, elle est idéalement située, à moins de 2 km de la mer, proche des commerces (petit supermarché à 800m), restaurants et de la grande plage de sable de l'Arenal. Ce que l'on aime à Javea c'est la variété des ambiances: la vieille ville date du 14eme siècle e

t offre une ambiance très locale, le port et puis l'Arenal, plus touristique, avec ses restaurants branchés, sa plage de sable fin et ses magasins et ,bien sûr, l'ensemble de criques plus charmantes les unes que les autres (Javea offre 25 km de littoral). La Casa est idéale pour une famille ou entre amis! Nous l’avons achetée et rénovée fin 2020 et elle offre tout confort à ses invités (wifi, airco, bbq, transats.... La piscine peut être chauffée en option (utile en avril, mai, octobre, novembre et décembre)

Javea (’la perle de la Costa blanca !) offre le cadre idéal pour des vacances réussies, un climat agréable toute l'année, la possibilité de faire de nombreuses activités sportives (golf, sports nautiques, randonnées à vélo ou à pied, tennis, paddle, plongée sous-marine, ....).
