Villa La Torre is a bright, three-storey villa, situated in the Cabo La Nao area of Javea, stands in secure grounds and offers panoramic views of the Montgo mountain, making it the perfect place to enjoy those holiday moments.

The house has a large, terraced area surrounding the 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, in which children can safely let off steam and from where those with slightly less energy but who still need to keep an eye open can relax on sun beds and enjoy the view.

There is an outside shower, a summer kitchen with a barbecue and several terrace areas for al fresco dining. Steps up from the covered parking area to the villa lead to the entrance hall, on the right a corridor leads to an en-suite double bedroom. From the hall, stairs leads up to two en-suite double bedrooms with a terrace. Straight ahead from the entrace is the living room with flat screen tv and WIFI and a dining room comunicating with the american kitchen. Large, patio doors lead out to a covered terrace, and to the pool.

Downstairs is an en-suite double bedroom and 2 single beds. From the living room a patio door lead out to the summer kitchen and a covered terrace area. The kitchen, equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Beside is a separate toilet. A couple of restaurants are a short distance from the house and Javea’s blue-flagged Arenal beach, historic town, harbour and fish market are only 10 minutes drive away.

With the Montgo Mountain as its backdrop, this private, two-storey family villa set in peaceful, secure grounds provides just the seclusion needed to unwind. There are ample sun loungers for all day comfort by the large, private pool and patio or shaded terrace. There is a built-in barbeque, summer kitchen and covered eating areas for al fresco dining or relaxing. Entrance into the grounds is through large gates into ample, secure parking.

Entry to the villa is through a reception hall that leads into the large, comfortably furnished dining / living room with satellite television and CD player and Wi-Fi. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket less than a mile away. A ten-minute drive brings you to the old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open-air market, and blue-flagged Arenal beach.

The lower level has a large covered terrace and summer kitchen and entry directly into an air-conditioned, open plan sitting / dining room with satellite television and CD player.
A separate kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The master double bedroom to the right of the dining area has full en-suite facilities while the second twin bedroom is located to the left of the living room and has an en suite bathroom.
On the upper level is a terrace with views out to the pool and garden.

There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket less than one kilometre away. Javea town, with its blue-flagged beach, shops and restaurants, is a five-minute drive away. The beautiful scenic port area is only another couple of minutes away, while the historic old town with its traditional narrow streets and indoor and outdoor markets is close by.

Casa de la Risa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom purpose built wheelchair accessible villa with private pool, for all of the family to enjoy.

Casa de la Risa is located on the urbanisation of La Cala, in Javea on the Costa Blanca Spain. The villa was purpose built to allow easy access for wheelchair users throughout the villa and the garden grounds, and is complimented by the tantalising kidney shaped pool with roman steps and hydraulic pool hoist, for those who need assistance. The villa is south facing, benefitting from the sun throughout the day, with the naya available for that ever important shade. There is parking for 3-4 cars within the grounds and benefits from secure electric gates for ease of entry.

The villa has 3 bedrooms all of which have air conditioning and can accommodate 6 people. Two of the bedrooms have direct access on to the pool terrace. The master bedroom has a king size bed with enough room at either side to accommodate transfers from a wheelchair, and has a wet room en-suite with shower chair and handrails either side of the wc.

This typically Spanish, three-bedroom villa is located in the Cap Marti area of Javea, stands in spacious, secure grounds and has ample private parking. There is plenty of space for relaxing around the 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, safe “astro turf” area for children to play and two patios that offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining. One patio on the upper level has a large umbrella and seats four, perfect for a quiet breakfast or lunch. The ground floor patio is under a tiki hut, complete with dining table for 8, and Broil King gas barbeque area. There is a roof terrace with additional seating and perfect sea views.
Entry to the villa is via steps up from the driveway that leads directly into the open plan dining / sitting room and kitchen with satellite television and Wi-Fi. Villa Nicola is situated in a quiet elevated position in the Cap Marti area of Javea with views across to the Montgo. It is set in a large plot which is low maintenance and where there are established shrubs as well as a productive lemon tree.
The property benefits from an under build which has its own separate entrance leading on to a large lounge/ dining area complete with satellite tv and a small kitchenette.
There are also en-suite facilities adjacent to the double bedroom which is air conditioned.
Entrance to the rest of the villa is up easy rising stairs to a part open naya which acts as one of the many dining areas. The outside door leads directly into the open plan lounge and dining
room where there is satellite tv and wifi. The bedrooms and lounge/dining area are all air conditioned.
Leading off this is a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The bedrooms can be found down a corridor from the lounge. All 3 are spacious and have wardrobes and drawer units. The master bedroom comes with a super king-size bed and ensuite facilities. An individually designed and modern detached villa situated in the National Park area of Costa Nova, Javea. The villa is only a short walk from Cap de la Nau which is designated as an area of outstanding beauty with traditional style Spanish restaurants and panoramic views over the Mediterranean. Also a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain; the stunning secluded cove at Cala Granadella and the pretty beach at Platja de Portixol both with a restaurant on the beach.

La Casa Margarite has a large lounge, tastefully furnished in Mediterranean style with satellite tv and wifi. Patio doors lead onto a sun terrace beside the pool which has the benefit of all day sunshine. The port area with the Marina, fish market and promenade with a choice of fishing and sporting activities including sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing and windsurfing.
