We have availability from the the 26th of April to the 24th of May 2025. Our lovely modern home from home offers comfort and style. Two comfortable double beds, sun room, solarium with comfy seating, bbq, use of the communal pool on the next street. We are situated 25mins from Alicante airport, 10 min drive to beautiful sandy beaches. All modcons, IPTV, aurcon, wifi. Weekly fee is £400 per week, €60 cleaning fee. A £250 security deposit will be required, refunded on the day you leave once the property has been checked.

A refundable security deposit of £250 . We are 25 mins from Alicante Aurpirt, 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Costa blanca, you will have use of a communal pool on the next street.
