This is a property with three independent accommodations: casa 1, casa 2, casa 3 with shared swimming pool. Casa 1 - semidetached villa situated

in front of the swimming pool. Casa 2 - semidetached cottage with a lovely forest view. Casa 3 - little house at the end of Villamilpalmas. Every house is comfortable and clean, fully equiped and nicely decorated. Wi-fi Internet, Astra satellite TV, books in several languages, darts, exercise bikes and weights, tennis table, board games. Beautiful exotic garden (30 Palm trees, hibiscus, oleanders, yuccas and cacti, bougainvillea, Cypress, etc.) Distance to the beach from the house is approx. 2km and 1km to the village and its amenities. La Marina is a seaside town without discos or bustle with two unspoiled beaches, dunes and pine forest and in a short distance three natural areas (El Hondo, El Clot de Galvany y La Laguna de la Mata por ejemplo). Village La Marina and its two beaches are on the Costa Blanca.
20 minutes by car to the Alicante airport. Famous resorts such as Guardamar del Segura, Santa Pola and Los Arenales, Torrevieja or Alicante are within maximum 30 km away. We have been living in La Marina about 24 years and know the region very well. It will be my pleasure to inform you about everything you can visit and do here.
