What's your favourite Spanish dish? For us it's definitely Paella 😍🤤😋 if you're visiting Spain you have to try it ‼️ but there's so much more to taste while in here so you could go for tapas and try a little bit of everything 😉 and what about breakfast? Why not try a refreshing tostada con tomate 🍅 or if you have a sweet tooth, then churros are the must 😁 with chocolate 🍫 and a cortado of course ☕ there are plenty of bars and restaurants near our apartment so don't worry, you can try it all 😉

If you like to discover new places and hidden gems when on holidays, we recommend you a day trip to Fonts de l'Algar and Guadalest 🏞🏰🚗 Fonts de l'Algar is a beautiful nature reserve with amazing waterfalls and natural pools where you can have a dip and trully cool down 😅 Guadalest is a picturesque village on the top of a mountain with a little castle you can visit 😁 both are located close to each other and just 1h30min drive from our apartment... even the way leading to these beauty spots will take your breath away 😍 as you can admire vast terraces of almond and orange trees on the way 🍊
And if you travel with little ones, you might want to check the Dino Park nearby 🦖🦕

Our apartment is ideally located between the sea ⛱ and the natural park of Las Lagunas (lakes) de La Mata-Torrevieja🌴🌸. If you like active holidays, the park (just 10-minute walk from the apartment) offers lovely leisure walking and cycling routes🏃🚴. You can admire beautiful salt lakes, vineyards and orange orchards along the way. You will be stunned by rich flora and fauna of the park including the famous flamingos🦩. In case you'd like to rent a bike, there is a bike shop just 5 minutes away from the apartment 😁🙌

La Mata Beach is one of the nicest in Spain ⛱☀️😍 it's long and wide, ideal for long walks 😊 its clean golden sand is perfect for children to build castles of and play in for the whole day 🤸🏰 you can find many restaurants and bars along the promenade as well as completely secluded and quiet areas away from the hustle and bustle of the city 😁 and the best news is... it's only 3min walk from our apartment 😅👍
