End of our second week at lazy days !! Wow three sets of fabulous weekenders all like minded and loving the peace and quiet . Furniture arrived safely from the UK 🇬🇧 builders are starting on Tues for the stables !! Unpacked all my boxes , it was like xmas seeing all my old stuff , feels like home now if a bit cluttered!!!! What didn't fit stayed outside! That's how we roll in Spain xx have a great week everyone xx

Yesterday, Darren and I completed on the sale of our house in La Romana. New owners, Bev & Mark Thompson will continue to run the business Lazy Days and with B&B experience in the UK, we are confident the business will flourish. Best of luck to you both! Lazy Days has been a pleasure to own and run and we are absolutely delighted it will continue. ###x

The tents were certainly put to the test last night after only being up 2 days....massive storm, high winds and torrential rain all night.....but absolutely delighted to report they're both dry as a bone inside and only one peg pinged out...😀😀😀x

Merry Christmas and a happy New Year from us here at Lazy Days. To update you, our house is now sold and we are just waiting on a completion date. It has been lovely meeting so many great people over the past two years - and we have made many friends along the way. Lazy Days is looking for someone who has access to a reasonable sized plot of land in a desirable location - be it farm land or a large private garden. Whilst it doesnt need to be huge, it does need that wow factor - allowing the potential to earn an income providing relaxing, stylish and comfortable glamping holidays and retreats.

- Are you keen to run your own business?
- Are you good with people?
- Do you have a working knowledge of basic IT (email, web)?
- Do you have a practical approach and calm pragmatic outlook?
- Have a desire to work with a wide range of people?
- Have good organisational and time management skills?
- Do you have a strong work ethic?

We can train and support you - but you will need drive, a positive attitude, a determination to succeed and enjoy dealing with people. Attention to detail is essential - this is a business where the small things matter.

We can offer you whatever support you need to build a successful glamping business within your own location. We provide full initial training and ongoing support, and advice with marketing and a website.

An initial down payment will be required to secure the tents, soft furnishings and equipment. An agreed commission fee will then be required on each booking.

We have sold our house, but the new owners do not wish to continue with running Lazy Days. The business (concept, intellectual property and all items - tents, furnishings etc) is now for sale. It is an excellent opportunity for somebody to continue what we have started - you will have everything that you need to set up a boutique-type glamping business. Please PM for further details. xx

A good yield from our olive trees - 30 litres of aceite de oliva! :) x

Feeling quite pleased with ourselves - we harvested our olive trees this weekend - and amazingly, got 155kgs which will give us 30 litres of pure olive oil! The trees have now had a little trim so will hopefully be even more fruitful next year! :) x

What a little gem! breath taking views not too far from town. Host was lovely very accommodating. Wifi a little hit and miss, but the room was lovely. No different from staying in any rural property. Car hire is a must.
