My parents have been visiting Puerto de Mogan in Gran Canaria for over 20 years now and love the winter sun and laid back feel of “the Port”. There is a big commercial harbour with plenty of bars and restaurants with a small beach however Puerto de Mogan manages to still have a small “local” atmosphere to it.
15 Harbourside is a small apartment within the Urbanisation of Puerto de Mogan. It is one of the pretty traditional painted apartments and if you visit between November and April you can wave at my parents as they sit on their balcony a few doors up.
15 is a ground floor apartment so ideal for a young family or disabled visitors with a small garden overlooking the fishing boats.
Flights are 4.5 hrs from the UK and Gran Canaria is well known for it’s all year round weather. Puerto de Mogan is less than an hour from the Airport with buses and taxis to the port as needed.
