The business is run by Andrew and Abigail Tunstall from their home village of Riofrio near Loja, Granada in the region of Andalucia. Daily run

s or rides are fully guided, with bike hire as an additional extra if you don't want to lug your own bike to Spain. Bed and breakfast is included in the daily price if you join for two days or more. We cater for all levels, from novices to elite athletes, and will tailor-make your schedule to suit your needs. We speak English and Spanish and have a network of locals we can call on to cater for all your extra-curricular requirements (check out our photo album "Your Friends in Loja"), from running and bike shops, to bars, restaurants and purveyors of superior olive oil to ship home and impress your friends. Both Andrew and Abi are ex-national duathlon champions with extensive training and racing experience, and can't wait to share with you their love for the beautiful area they now live in, as well as any technical or training guidance or tips you can use.

Esta semana desde el viernes 23 hasta el miércoles 28 cobramos 15€ por dia de ciclismo guiado en el campo, y 35€ por noche con alojamiento, desayuno y IVA incluido. Tu eliges los días y noches que prefieras, avísanos por whatsapp (+34 693 59 36 92), Facebook, email ([email protected] ) o en www.andaluciatrails.com Saldremos cada dia a las 11 horas (no hace frio a esta hora) y correremos entre 30 y 50km. (Tráete tu propia bici, o alquila una por 10€/dia). Los almendros están en flor! Nos encantaría verte aquí!
