Welcome to our 'Cosy Cwtch', a beautifully decorated two bedroom apartment that is ideally placed minutes from both Rest Bay and Porthcawl's seafront and promenade. Fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom and a balcony to relax after a day playing golf, cycling or just relaxing on the seafront. At the rear of the apartment, there's a private garden with seating. Towels, tea, coffee, milk and sugar supplied. A bottle of wine too. Sit back and relax...
The space
The 'Cosy Cwtch' is a self contained apartment, on two floors, with two bedrooms. The large 'Boot room' at the entrance provides an additional space to store sports equipment, so if your the outdoor type, you can leave everything there knowing its safe and secure. The open plan kitchen and living room gives guest a great social area to chat, eat and relax. The property has fire doors, mains smoke and carbon dioxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and fire blanket. The entrance has a security light when returning at night.
