We are on the ground floor so access is easy, straight from the street level. We can add a z bed and a full size baby's cot if required. We have a large open plan lounge and kitchen area. We have a Smart 43" TV with IPTV Internet channels for BT, Bein, Sky sports and films together with Luve TV and box sets/series. We've an automatic front loading washing machine and a large size water heater. W
e have our own 300 fibre WiFi specifically for this apartment. We have an outside eating area, under cover. The large terrace has 4 sunbeds together with chairs and small coffee table. Our modern bathroom has a walk in shower with a small step over, a wash basin and toilet. It is situated in the area of Oasis del Sur region of Los Cristianos. We are about 10 minutes walk from the sea, 15 to the port, 15 minutes to the town centre. Our complex has a lovely pool, heated in the Winter months to a consistent 25°
Access to the pool from our apartment is by lift. There are lots of sun beds with mattresses and parasols available. There is a small charge made for these in July & August to pay for the lifeguard. Goodfellas pool bar is currently open 5 days a week. Shakespeare's bar is just outside the complex on Calle Rodeo open 6 days weekly from 9.30am until 8pm or later. Cooking breakfasts until 1.30pm and afternoon food until 4pm
Coy's Restaurant is open from 6.30pm for excellent food and drinks. The complex is key locked, as is pool access so no strangers wandering about. Within walking distance there are many bars catering for British holidaymakers. The Passarella centre is 5 minutes away offering a rooftop play park for children with soft play area, ride ons etc. There's a food court on the top floor and various bars and restaurants located within the centre including Chicagos, The Attic and Caseys. On the front of the El Mirador complex, the strip has Bojangles Happy Days, GGs, Dylan's with The Clansman and The Vault just around the corner, There are 2 Indians, a Chinese a Mongolian buffet style restaurant and an Italian. Lots of places to be Entertained!! Next door to the complex entrance is a 24 hour supermarket. A bit pricey but there's a Dial Prix supermarket in the Passarella centre which is open 7 days a week
