Alfonso Arcelin, the Haitian doctor who filed the complaints against El Negro de Banyoles. Given the numerous unfulfilled promises by the Spanish government to repatriate the Negro from Banyoles after the 1992 Olympics, doctor Alfonso Arcelin called for a protest on World Day Against Racism that, thanks to the Black Panther Party, and the support of personalities such as Lois Farrakhan, Nicolás Anelka, Michael Jordan, Erwing Congo, Kofi Annan and Gaddafi. Arcelin is also part of Spain´s history.
